Physical realizations of Yangian algebras are introduced through some examples. For an interacting spin system it can be viewed as an extention of the spin in the interaction pictute. For three-spin and four-spin systems the Yangian can be introduced as new collectively quantum numbers. We also discuss the connection between super Yang-Mills and Yang-Baxter through SO(6)-Yangian symmetry for Lipatov's model, i.e., parton model with non-perturbative QCD interactions.
